Richard Hall

Richard Hall is the Innovation Advisor for Kent and East Sussex.

He brings a wealth of experience in the defence and aerospace industries to the IAS. He has worked for a range of blue-chip companies in the South East including: GEC-Marconi, Siemens-Plessey, BAE Systems and General Dynamics, from engineer to Business Director. Involved in these contracts were many of the best known names in the aerospace business, including Boeing and Airbus. He has managed small and large development projects in both civil and defence electronics and air traffic management businesses. Before joining the IAS Richard launched the Farnborough Enterprise Hub as its first Director - assisting early stage companies to access the difficult Aerospace, Defence and Security markets. Based in North Kent, he is also the Founder of Image South East, an early stage Image Library business based on gps tagged, map searchable media.
