Lisa Mynheer

Lisa Mynheer is founder and Director of Diagnox Laboratory, a Biotechnology Exploitation Platform that enables research companies, with potential commercial products in biomedical (in vitro) diagnostics to undertake proof-of-concept work, cost-effectively and in a supportive environment. Through Diagnox, Lisa has assisted numerous researchers/entrepreneurs across the UK with the exploitation of innovations in biomedical diagnostics. Lisa has extensive experience of establishing companies, sourcing start-up finance, introducing partners and finding staff/partners/facilities, understanding regulations and advising on IP. Lisa was a key player in the start-up of a joint venture company, Oxford Bio-Innovation, between Oxford Brookes University and Serotec. As Operations Director, and an executive member of the board, she had responsibility for many company activities including manufacturing and regulatory affairs and contributed to financial and business planning.
