Don McLaverty

Don McLaverty has substantial experience in all aspects of business growth including establishing routes to market, creating operational infrastructure and recruiting key staff, refining business plans and raising finance. Don's career has included roles at BOC, Intel, Granada Group and IMP. In the early 1990s he launched Setu, a specialist paper products business which developed successful trading relations with supermarkets and high street multiple chains. Don has advised early stage, entrepreneurial growth businesses combining expertise in markets with commercial management in technology businesses. Clients include NTL, Qtec, Link HR, SETsquared Arjuna, Warwick Ventures and London Business School. Don has overall responsibility for four business angel investment networks (Oxford Investment Opportunity Network, TVIN, OEI and Silverstone.)
