Bob Reid

Bob Reid has extensive technical and senior industrial expertise. He has been European Corporate Technology Director for a major US multinational; he has also been Technology Director and European General Manager for a global footwear materials company. He was the founding CEO and Chairman of Oxonica plc, an Oxford based, AIM listed Nanomaterials Company. Currently Bob has a portfolio of activities working with various businesses as an interim executive resource and business advisor. Bob's technical expertise ranges from chemical plant monitoring, fibre optic sensors and medical diagnostics through to wire and cable insulation, membranes and nanomaterials. His sector experience ranges from military through to commercial and automotive. Bob has worked with companies developing vision, mission and strategy programmes as well as helping clients on the implementation of stage gate product development processes.
