Roger Grimshaw

Roger Grimshaw has been working in management consultancy and training for more than twenty years, encompassing a wide range of work environments. Most recently he has been involved with Fusion Ltd, the employer-focused division of the College of North West London, developing an extensive range of vocational training opportunities. He has worked as a management tutor and consultant, successfully supporting major companies through business strategy, decision-making and change management processes. Roger’s clients have included government, public and private sector organisations. He is a member of the Chartered Management Institute and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and is an SFEDI accredited consultant. Roger has a background in education, and is currently studying for an MBA at the University of Edinburgh Business School.
