Martin Smith

Martin Smith is a registered Investors in People advisor and assessor, and is also an accredited Belbin facilitator (diagnosing the roles played by members of a team). He has worked extensively in leadership and management. This includes working within the Investors in People framework, both as an independent consultant, and integrating the approach into a larger business service, including Business Link Surrey. Martin has a background in sales and brand management for large companies such as Spillers Foods and Asda. He is experienced in the development of training plans, performance management processes, and change management facilitation. Martin is highly skilled in advising on conflict resolution and pastoral support, thanks to his work as a Samaritan volunteer and self-supporting minister in the Church of England.
