Lorna Fairbairn

Lorna Fairbairn has over 15 years experience of working in management and leadership development. Her previous role as a Skills Advisor within Business Link Berkshire involved her advising senior managers on all aspects of people management. She was also Team Champion, ensuring all members of the team had the developmental support they needed, and driving the way in which changes in practices and processes were implemented within the team. She is a PBM-licensed business planning trainer, and has worked as an Investors in People advisor. She is also a registered Myers Briggs Type Indicator practitioner. Lorna’s experienced knowledge of this wide range of strategies and diagnostic frameworks gives her training skills depth and reliability.
