Geoff Ribbens

Geoff Ribbens has been working for twenty years in Higher Education and Consultancy, specialising in Organisational Behaviour. Geoff has been a director of CIPD, DMS and Masters programmes. He is an experienced Trainer and Consultant in Management and Interpersonal skills, in particular change management, performance management and team working. In recent years he has mentored directors in both SMEs and large organisations. Since 1990 Geoff has been an associate lecturer at Reading University on their postgraduate management programmes; he is also an associate lecturer at Oxford Brookes University. Geoff has written extensively in the field, and has co-authored a new book on Body Language for Hodder Arnold and has co-written a tool-kit for trainers on how to manage Difficult People and Difficult Situations for CIPD.
