Martin Smith is a registered Investors in People advisor and assessor, and is also an accredited Belbin facilitator (diagnosing the roles played by members of a team). He has worked extensively in leadership and management. This includes working within the Investors in People framework, both as an independent consultant, and integrating the approach into a larger business service, including Business Link Surrey.

 

Lorna Fairbairn has over 15 years experience of working in management and leadership development. Her previous role as a Skills Advisor within Business Link Berkshire involved her advising senior managers on all aspects of people management.

Geoff Ribbens has been working for twenty years in Higher Education and Consultancy, specialising in Organisational Behaviour. Geoff has been a director of CIPD, DMS and Masters programmes. He is an experienced Trainer and Consultant in Management and Interpersonal skills, in particular change management, performance management and team working.

 

 

Stan Strangwick has a broad commercial background, having gained early experience with large corporations (Columbia Pictures, Colgate-Palmolive, the British-American Tobacco Company and Mars) in I.T. systems for distribution, inventory, quality control, marketing and finance.
