The Leadership for Global Competitiveness team aims to act as a catalyst for growth by helping you maximise the leadership potential of yourself and your management team.
The programme offers up to five days of specialist support based around a number of initiatives:
- A tailored diagnostic review of either an individual Managing Director or the team
running the business. The diagnostic will
identify development needs covering areas such as:
- Behaviour & personality profiles using tools such as Insights, Myers Briggs
- Team dynamics using Belbin profiles
- Leadership style analysis using questionnaires such as The Leadership Inventory Audit, Inspirational Leadership, Leadership Style Survey
- Business and leadership processes
- Agreed development plans with clear training evaluation criteria
- Sourcing the best solutions
- Sourcing other potential funding streams
- Help to implement the outcomes from the project whilst still in control of the day to day tasks such as monitoring, challenging, reviewing progress, evaluation of impact as well as planning the next steps
- Access to broader business support services.
