Animate Methodology

ANIMATE is a multi-step programme aimed at encouraging companies to be more innovative.  It provides a “Step-ladder approach to Innovation Action™ Management” through projects which encourage companies to move up a rung on the “ladder of innovation”. The diagram below shows a graphical representation of the full process, which typically takes place over 3 – 6 months. This timescale is driven by the companies' needs.

The aim is to both identify opportunities for innovation and to undertake at least one action towards implementing them.
